We generally respond to your quote request emailed to our general email address or submitted via the quote request form within an hour.
Large translation projects sometimes require more time to determine the correct word count and price. In this case, you will receive a message that we are working on it. In particular, scanned documents, PDF files and XML or Open Office files always take some time. Since we take into consideration the number of repetitions when determining the price, it is worth the wait.
If you really cannot wait, please give us a call. We can often fit in a small but urgent translation. We not only live up to our name when it comes to finishing a translation, but also when preparing a quote.
Each of our country teams receives about one hundred orders a day. Our translators and project managers work under high pressure, and at peak levels they handle more than one hundred fifty orders a day. We will notify you in the rare case a delay should occur.
